These terms are the agreement between you and Inter Media Digital Marketing L.L.C, the company that operates CyberCrunch. Using the site means you accept them.
Acceptance
By reading or otherwise using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
Using the site
You may read our pages, quote us with attribution and link to us. The text, tables, scores, layout, code and images on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. What you may not do is republish a page in substance, copy our comparison data into your own product or feed, or present our testing as somebody else's work, without our written permission. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification.
Things you must not do
Do not use this site unlawfully. In particular, do not scrape or harvest it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, interfere with the site's operation or security, impersonate us or anyone else, or use the site to distribute malware or unsolicited commercial messages.
Suspension
We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice — for maintenance, for security, or because someone has broken these terms. If you break these terms, your permission to use the site ends immediately.
Anything you send us
If you send us a comment, a correction, a tip or any other material, you confirm that it is yours to send, that it is lawful, and that it does not infringe anybody's rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inter Media Digital Marketing L.L.C and the people who work on it against any claim, loss, damage or reasonable expense (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
