How to tell us that material on CyberCrunch infringes your copyright, and what we do about it. CyberCrunch is operated by Inter Media Digital Marketing L.L.C.
Our position
We respect copyright. The reviews, tables, code and images on this site are our own work or are used with permission, and we expect the same standard of anyone using ours. If something here infringes your rights, tell us and we will look at it promptly.
Sending us a notice
To be actionable, a notice of claimed infringement should include enough for us to act on it:
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- identification of the work you say has been infringed — or, if several, a representative list;
- the URL of each page on this site where the material appears, precisely enough for us to find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner; and
- your signature, electronic or physical.
Send it through our contact page marked as a copyright notice, or in writing to the address below.

What happens next
We review each notice we receive. Where a claim appears well founded, we remove or disable access to the material, and we tell whoever supplied it what happened and why. Where a notice is incomplete or plainly unfounded, we will come back to you and say what is missing rather than act on it blindly.
If you think we removed something wrongly
If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write to us with the material's location before removal, your contact details, and a statement, made in good faith and under penalty of perjury where your law provides for it, that you consider the removal wrong. We may restore the material and will tell the complaining party that you have objected.
Repeat infringement and bad-faith notices
We may refuse further submissions from anyone who repeatedly supplies infringing material. Note also that a knowingly false notice can expose the sender to liability for costs and damages, so please be sure before you send one.
